Took friends dog there. Level of care to the dog and us humans was brilliant! Mega expensive though... more expensive than my horses out of hours call out where the vets travel to us, and here you go to them! A 10 minute chat with vet and listen to heart ... no meds, nothing ... £175

I had to take our dog for emergency on a Sunday morning. Their service was very prompt and caring. Thanks a lot for your help to all the members of staff.

Companion Care Vets Winchester

I had to have my beloved cat put to sleep today after 19 years :-( Companion Care were not his regular vets, but his regular vets were unable to do a home visit soon enough. I called CC yesterday afternoon and was offered an appointment for this morning. I have to say that, as sad as it has been, Tomasz and Sarah who came to our home were super-kind, super-professional and super-appropriate in every way. It seems slightly odd to be praising someone for ending a life, but it was the kindest option for a very old and poorly cat, and they performed what needed to be done with both care and compassion.

Always been extremely professional. I have quite an aggressive cat when he is in an uncomfortable situation and Finn handles him superbly and puts him at ease - despite having his finger sliced once! Always found the advice they give is thorough and clear.

Mildmay Veterinary Centre

Easton Ln, Winchester SO23 7RU, UK – 01962 854088

First time there. Much better than the other one in Winchester (near entrance to city). They Converse here. They listen. It's not an in and out pay on your way out situation like so many others!!

The best vet in Winchester in my opinion. All my dogs have been registered with this vet, and the pet club is great value for money.

This has got much more humane. The Pet Travel Scheme allows pet animals from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine, as long as they meet certain conditions. The Scheme also means that people in the UK can, having taken their pets to these countries, bring them back without the need for quarantine
